 Glamorous Doll Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped from our warehouse location. We encourage each and every customer to purchase insurance at checkout, to protect your purchase from any unforeseen events. If you opt out of purchasing insurance for your package; you are opting out of protecting your purchase. Diamond Dynasty Inc. will not refund, or reship any order that shows as "delivered", or any order lost/stolen once in the possession of USPS. Please purchase insurance at checkout to protect you and your investment.
